Head of Widening Access,
University of Derby

As Head of Widening Access at the University of Derby Krisha’s key role is to provide direction and support to teams of outreach professionals working on a range of initiatives. She is also responsible for strategic outreach planning and development, evaluation and reporting. Krisha has 20 years’ experience in the area of widening participation. Her other professional interests are CEIAG relating to entry into higher education; and higher education policy. Krisha co-chairs her local NCOP Steering Group, is a member of Derby city Secondary Strategy Group and is also a school governor at a local secondary school.
